Request made under the Official Information Act 1982 
 
Thank you for your email of 29 November 2020 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
…information on any emission analysis work that has been done on the Mill Road (Auckland) 
Project specifically, but also other projects within the NZ Upgrade Program. 
 
This information could be, but is not restricted too: 
 
1. Reports/Documents/Papers 
2. Internal comms, emails 
3. Working notes from meetings. 
 
On 7 December 2020 you agreed to limit the scope of your request to only include reports, documents 
and papers on the Mill Road project.  
 
The following documents fall within the scope of your request and are enclosed: 
•  Attachment 1: Air Quality Assessment – 27 August 2013 
•  Attachment 2: Approach to Sustainability – 7 August 2019 
•  Attachment 3: Business Case Sustainability Story (update) – 11 May 2020 
 
Please note, I have withheld names from Attachment 1 under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to protect the 
privacy of the individuals. With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider 
there are any other factors which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the 
information available.
