Dear Mr Warburton
Request for information 2020-190
I refer to your request for information dated 23 November 2020, which was received by Greater
Wellington Regional Council (Greater Wellington) on 23 November 2020. You have requested the
following:
“In its Feb 2020 response to my request for information GWRC indicated that: “There are no
available TGM maps showing final reconnection alignments – they will become available when
earthworks are completed and more detailed planning can commence.”
Can you please advise if Park Access plans are now available and if so provide me with a copy.”
Greater Wellington’s response follows:
Your request is refused under
section 17(g) Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 as the information requested is not held by Greater Wellington as it does not exist.
Greater Wellington has no additional information and therefore there are no further available maps
for the Transmission Gully Motorway showing final reconnection alignments. COVID-19 has resulted
in delays related to the project which is currently estimated to be completed in September 2021.
This has resulted in further delaying detailed work related to the completion of park access and
connection plans.
