I refer to your Official Information Act request received on 20 June 2019, via the Ministry of Health in 
which you specifically requested the following:  
 
1.  How many, if any, transgender individuals have been referred to endocrine services in 
New Zealand in the past five years, broken down by DHB?  These are tertiary services that 
would be provided to our population by other DHBs.  We have no electronic record of the 
referrals our DHB makes to these services.
