Add an annotation to “Requesting codes and sub-codes of the GWRC's Customer Response Management System (Resolve)”

• Say how you've used the information, with links if possible.
• Thank the public authority or Hugh Davenport.
• Point to related information, campaigns or forums which may be useful.

Annotations will be posted publicly here, and are not sent to Wellington Regional Council.
