Add an annotation to “Internet Archive agreement and update of the list of books to be sent to the Philippines”

• Point to related information, campaigns or forums which may be useful.

Annotations will be posted publicly here, and are not sent to National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa.
