Add an annotation to “Number of infringement offences given to cyclists”

Annotations are so anyone, including you, can help the requester with their request. For example:

• Thank the public authority or Oscar.
• Point to related information, campaigns or forums which may be useful.

Annotations will be posted publicly here, and are not sent to New Zealand Police.
