Sky City host responsibility reports

Dear New Zealand Gambling Commission,

This morning the New Zealand Herald reported that SkyCity's
six-monthly harm minimisation reports under its casino licence had
never been reviewed ("Checking of SkyCity's help plan 'on back
burner'", 20/4/2012). I would like to request the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982:

* The last three host responsibility reports filed by SkyCity; and
* any correspondence, advice, or other documents relating to them

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

"The information you seek is too voluminous to provide to you
electronically. Could you please provide a postal address."

Really? If the information is held electronically, then you can
just attach it to your response to FYI. If it is held in hardcopy,
then you'll need to photocopy it, which is the same (often
_exactly_ the same, because its the sme device) as running it
through a scanner.

I'm willing to refine my request to avoid postage (since the point
of this is to get the information on FYI, for everyone to see). So
specifically, what _wouldn't_ I get if you responded
electronically?

(Otherwise I can email with a physical address, and just scan it in
myself)

Would narrowing it to only the last report (and associated advice,
correpsondence etc) make it doable?
