Report on Council Controlled Organisations

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* A copy of the report "Council Controlled Organisations: Analysis
of LCTCCPs and Annual Reports" prepared for the Department by MWH
Consultants in June 2008.

This report was mentioned in the Law Commission's recent review of
the Official Information Act, and I think it would be illuminating
about CCOs and the LGOIMA. it may also be useful to the FYI site in
adding CCOs to their database to enable public requests.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
