Dear Waikato Regional Council,

I would like to make an inquiry under the Official Information Act,
please.

Please provide me with the precise locations of any injection wells
which are used to dispose of the by-products of hydraulic
fracturing in your region and the details of the substances
(chemical names, volumes etc) being injected into the wells.

I would appreciate you providing the information in an electronic
form.

Yours faithfully,
Paul McMahon.

Dear Perry Empson,

I appreciate your Council's commitment to LGOIMA and want to thank
you for your work.

I would also like to ask where the approved facility or facilities
are for treating the by-products of fracking?

Yours sincerely,
Paul McMahon
