Funding source for Minister's private settelement with Natasha Fuller over privacy breach

Dear Minister of Social Development,

I am requesting information on who funded the private settlement
that Minister Bennett reached with Natasha Fuller over the breach
of her privacy. In addition to the cost of the settlement I would
like to know if there were any additional costs, such as legal
advice for Ms Bennett, and if so who paid for those. This is a
request under the Official Information Act.

The Minister for Social Development, Hon Paula Bennett, has asked me to thank you for your email of 15 August 2012 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the following:

" who funded the private settlement that Minister Bennett reached with Natasha Fuller over the breach of her privacy and information about any additional costs incurred by Minister Bennett and who paid for these"

Consideration is currently being given to your request and you can expect a reply at the Minister's earliest opportunity.

request regarding the funding for the Minister of Social
