Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

This year is the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. As part of the
celebrations, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will be
visiting in November. I would like to request the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982:

* how much has been budgeted, across all departments, for the
above-mentioned royal visit? I would like a breakdown by
department, as well as a total.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
