Dear Auckland Council,
Since the date Auckland was amalgamated how many food Poisoning
reports have been filed online or via phone or mail with Auckland
City. How many have been dealt with, how many have resulted in
action by Auckland City and what was those actions. Lastly, how
many have not been dealt with yet, and can I please have a list of
the numbers as well as the days that each of the unresolved food
poisoning reports have been sitting with Auckland City for. Note:-
Food poisoning is an assumption until it can be proven with an
inspection, so stomach complaints from members of the public
involving food retailers is sufficient - if that is how you work
with the data.
Yours faithfully,
Guy

Dear FYI Requests,
Thats excellent news.
As an offshoot from that enquiry, can you please look into why I
have not had any response, let alone recognition, that I made a
food poisoning complaint more than 3 months ago now.
