1. Please provide rules, policies, and directives that explain what the situation is for a job-seeker who is applies for the job-seeker benefit and who is a discretionary beneficiary of a trust.

2. Does it prejudice the job-seeker's application if they know they are a discretionary beneficiary but cannot provide the terms of the trust?

3. Under what circumstances does MSD require job-seekers to disclose the existence of trusts?
