Have to re-request taking out the term 'terminator'. Yet plenty of folk have psychiatrist assessments on their claims that do not provide medical opinions, rather give a report to favour the acc. ACC train these assessors so I would be wary of using the word 'independent' and they also obtain 'extra payments' when entitlements are declined by acc. Very suspicious dealings here methinks.

Dear Daniel James,

I would like to remove the word terminator from my request above. Would you please provide a table in bands of the number of assessments the psychiatrists have carried out over a 3 year period. Acclaim Otago had a similiar request granted earlier this year.

Yours sincerely,

Gladys Webster

Fears for safety are subjective until such time those people feeling fearful for their safety or that of their family can produce evidence to prove a risk. This reason for persistent decline is simply a hindrance to legitimate concerns, Gladys you will find the information you seek on this site in reference to Dr reeves and Dr Collier. Failing that you could websearch using the appropriate names searching the New Zealand web.
