Could you please supply your current list of potentially Earthquake Prone Buildings identified in Porirua City. This list is noted as being held by the council in accordance with section 'F' of your Earthquake Prone Buildings Policy - 2011.
Please also confirm the buildings within Porirua City that have been confirmed as Earthquake Prone following the required structural assessment as noted in paragraph 2 of section 'F' of the 2011 policy.

I received a letter confirming that they had not undertaken any assessments yet and were basically waiting on the new nationwide process from MBIE.
I would add that this is poor as their own policy stated they would have all the assessments completed by 2016.
