Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act request –Camping
grounds

 

1.     We write to acknowledge your request for information dated 30 April
2024 regarding Camping grounds.

 

Could you kindly provide a list of all camping grounds which Council has
issued a camping ground licence in the past 3 years in accordance with the
Camping Ground Regulations 1985.

Please include relevant addresses for each camping ground and identify if
any camping grounds are operated by Council or subject to a lease with
Council.

2.     Council received your request on 30 April 2024.

 

3.     This is being treated as an Official Information request, and as
such, Council must meet certain criteria on how and when we respond to
you, set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987.

 

4.     Your request has been provided to the relevant officers for follow
up. You will be advised of Council’s decision as soon as is reasonably
possible, and no later than 20 working days from the date we received your
request, unless we have notified you of an extension to that time frame
before the due date.
