From: Kalan Baker
Dear Tauranga City Council,
Hello I live on Kinloch Way which is a private way my question is, What rights do/did you have to build a public access cycle/ walkway to allow the public to access Kinloch Way which is private? I questioned this 3 years ago with the council and was told it would be looked into but with no result.
Yours faithfully,
Kalan Baker
