As you were advised on 27 February 2023 and also on 2 march 2023, Te Whatu
Ora has transferred parts 1, 2 and 6 of your request to Manatû Hauora (the
Ministry of Health).
Under the Act, we are required to make a decision on whether or not to
grant a request for official information within the time limits set out in
section 15(1). Section 15A(1) also applies in cases where an extension of
time has been applied. In compliance with those sections, we can advise
you that we are granting your request in reference to parts 3, 4 and 5.
Unfortunately, however, it has taken longer than expected to consult about
