Please find attached, and following, the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council
response to your LGOIMA request dated 3 February 2023.

 

Q1 - May I ask how did you call for public nomination and on what platform
you have call for public nominations, e.g. IOD website. Also, how many
applications you have received from the public and how many you have
received from other nominating agencies such as TPK. further, how many you
have shortlisted.

A1 - The ad placed by HBRIC is for Independent Directors.  Advertising for
this role was through the Institute of Directors NZ.

Director Vacancies pages are then advertised across New Zealand in the
following links:

hawkes-bay-regional-investment-company-ltd since 1st Jan 2022 to now.

A3 – please be advised that due to the current Civil Defence Emergency
declared for Hawke’s Bay, staff will endeavour to provide the minutes to
you by 13 March 2023 and thereby complete our response to your request.
