Official information request

I refer to your official information request dated 27 October 2021 for a
copy of the Zoom council meetings, or a location where these can be
downloaded & the meeting minutes for the last two monthly meetings.

 

The last two EFGC meetings were face to face meetings i.e. not zoomed or
recorded. As a result, section 18(g) of the OIA applies because the
information is not held.

The agendas for both meetings, and confirmed minutes for the June meeting,
are available on our website

The recently confirmed minutes from the August Council meeting will be
posted this week.  

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
