I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 28 July 2020 where you requested information regarding PET CT scans from Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (HBDHB).
Under the Official Information Act 1982, we have 20 working days from receipt of your request to respond. Therefore we anticipate a response back to you by 25 August 2020.

I was expecting this request to be met on the 4th as I was told. Notification of an extension request prior to rather than on the deadline day would have been appreciated.
I am working to a timeframe and this delay is holding everything up.
I understand that things happen and I have allowed a reasonable period of time beyond the 20 days. Can you please give me a definitive date for when this information will be received next week?
