I refer to your email of 16 April 2019, asking for the following information under the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act):
“Please provide e a list of the ACC WTDS which are “LINKED TO” ANZSCO 2013 classifications, please
exclude the WTDS that are actual ANZSCO 2013 classification.
I also expect OIA REQUEST for internal documents.”
On 20 April 2019, you clarified your request to be for the following information:
“I am asking for ACC internal documents relating to comissioning of these consultants and any other
document the relate to these WTDS.
Or.
Please provide a list of documents ACC have in relation to these WTDS.”
We have interpreted your clarified request to be in relation to the Work Type Detail Sheet (WTDS)
611399.
ACC does not hold the documentation you requested
ACC does not hold any internal documentation specific to commissioning WTDS 611399, or any other
internal documentation relating to that WTDS. We are therefore declining this request under section
18(e) of the Act as the information does not exist.
