Reporter Comments
Level of origin was confined to plastic rubbish bin.
Fire extinguished by dry powder of office tenants adjacent to this address.
Sought advise from FSO Bruce Irvine prior to my investigation.
Through examination of remaining rubbish bin contents and other information
gathered , I was able to make my conclusion.
