Thank you for your email of 15 January 2019 requesting the fol owing information under the Official 
Information  Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
‘Please release all publications regarding the moral issues of driverless vehicles.’ 
 
The NZ Transport Agency does not have any publications regarding the moral issues of driverless 
vehicles, therefore I am refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act; that the document al eged 
to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot 
be found of the Act. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
