I refer to your request of 29 December 2018 to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry), under 
the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), for:  
 
“Over the last 36 months, collectively, how many months has Matt Hector-Taylor 
been contracted to deliver services to healthAlliance either directly or as an 
employee of a contracting company? The total may be made up of multiple contracts. 
 
And in detail what services have been delivered by these contracts. And for what 
value in total?” 
 
The Ministry does not hold the information you have requested and has no grounds for 
believing that this information is held by another department that is subject to the Act. As 
such, your request has been refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act.  
 
Please note that the Ministry has directed your query to healthAlliance. However, please 
note that this agency is not covered by the Act. For your reference, listed in Part 1 of
