We refer to your correspondence dated 19 September 2018 regarding infringement notices at Ash 
Street/ Rosebank Road intersection. 
1.  Confirm when this camera was switched into enforcement mode.   
 
AT owns four cameras which were rotated around 15 locations. The Ash and Rosebank site 
has never been active. 
 
2.  Provide the total number of fines/enforcement notices issued between then and September 
2018.   
 
No infringement notices have been issued at this site.   
 
3.  Total number of fines/enforcement notices issued between July 2018 and September 2018.    
 
No infringement notices have been issued at this site.   
 
4.  Provide the number collisions at this intersection that were attributed to red light runners and 
whether the red light camera data was made available to Police or affected parties.    
 
Data used to warrant the installation was based on seven Red Light Running Injury Crashes at 
that intersection, the data is available to NZ Police and parties. 
 
We trust the above information has addressed your request however should you believe that we 
have not dealt with your request appropriately, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) 
of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman and seek an investigation and
