Earthquake  Commission  (EQC)  make  available  to  you  the  following  information  under  the  Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
“Please provide minutes of any meetings, including any notes, working documents, emails or records 
of  phone  conversations  held  between  officials  at  MBIE  and  EQC  since  June  2017  till  today  25  June 
2018.”

be made available without substantial collation or research.
