below) so I can pass this onto Telesmart (our ISP) who will in turn pass them onto Chorus
so they can liaise with you to get some fibre run from the street (Taita Drive) to the Archives
building now that there is UFB in the neighbourhood.

Hope you are feeling better!
We met with Peter and Richard on Friday around the lease/MOU for Avalon.

The outcome is that Peter would like us to exchange a letter with Nga Tonga (including MCH) under the current
MOU to acknowledge their expanded use of the building.

We would say something positive just advising that as we are completing the separation of services work we wanted
to confirm the MOU is still current.
It will also need to include something to ensure it is acknowledged (if not already in the current MOU) that
legislation, H&S etc is their responsibility.
As a side, could you confirm for me what expenses are currently passed on to Nga Tonga? Is it services or is there
