I  refer  to  your  request  for  information  of  21  May  where  you  requested  the  following

1. I would like to request a breakdown of the previous year's final grades in NWEN 241 
as far back as you have records for. 
 
 
Please find attached the information that you requested.  
 
Please  also  note  that  some  information  has  been  withheld  from  those  materials  under 
sections 9(2)(a) (to protect the privacy of natural person).  
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right, by way of complaint to an Ombudsman, 
to seek investigation and review of Victoria’s refusal to release some of the information you
