qualification evidence before this date, you will be required to complete the Literacy Assessment.

You must bring your NZ driver licence to the assessment day. Don’t forget to bring your reading 
glasses if applicable. 
If you are unable to attend please give us a minimum of five working days' notice. If you do not 
notify us, this could result in your application being declined. 
Once you have met the required academic standards at assessment day you will be required to 
attend an Initial PAT within 8 weeks. You must attend a PAT rehearsal before you attend your 
initial PAT.Please familiarise yourself with the PAT training advice found here.
