The contract was signed by the Chief Executive of ACC on 11 September 2014, with an end 
date of 30 June 2019.  A copy of this is being provided to you in response to your  30 April 
2018 request.  
 
Fairway’s sale to its employees  in July 2017 did not alter  the  duration of the  contract for 
services.
