Harditex Leaky Home Approved Repairs 
I refer to your email, which we received on 4 March 2013, requesting information about 
Harditex leaky home approved repairs. 
Unfortunately, in this case, we are refusing your request pursuant to Section 17(e) of that Act 
“that the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist...” 
The Council do not keep such information as a statistic, and our building consent records 
and reporting system does not identify specific cladding systems.
