On brigade arrival,
were still inside house.
was cooking. She
turned the rangehood on and heard a bang, then the rangehood caught fire. She put it
out with a pan of water. She received
while trying to remove the
covering of rangehood.

The make and model of the rangehood I am not 100%. It had the word Turbo on the
front face and that was all.
Concerns about raising alarm and no evacuation of the house. We removed
patient to outside for 1st aid.
