I refer to your emails, which we received on 12 July 2017, in which you requested: 
1. All correspondence between Phil Goff (his office or associates) and David
Hookway between February and June 2017 on the issue of Watercare, Titirangi or
Oratia

2. All correspondence between Penny Hulse and Viv Heslop on the subject of the
new Water Treatment plant between February and June 2017.
There was no relevant correspondence between the Mayor’s Office and David Hookway. 
There was one relevant email between Councillor Hulse and Viv Heslop – please find this 
attached. Please note that the name and contact details of a junior staff member have been 
withheld under section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 in order to protect privacy.

Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you
