On Saturday the 20th of May we attended a House fire at 811 West Coast Road.
Upon arrival, and first investigation I noticed the following
On the left of driveway
‡Left house exterior had 9kg LPG cylinder on fire

Questioning of occupants indicated fire started in garage area. Inside garage was a car, 
stand up freezer and other items. This area had power to it. The intensity, burning 
patterns and information from occupants points to this as the area of origin. The wind 
was pushing from the left side of driveway to the right, assisting with fire spread from 
garage to the house.
Also, radiant heat and LPG cylinder fire were factors in the house on left to have 
sustained damage to its exterior wall. Due to exposure protection, the fire damage was 
only to exterior wall and didn¶t spread to rest of this house.
