We  refer  to  your  email  dated  15th  May  2017  to  Canterbury  District  Health  Board,  requesting  the 
following information under the Official Information Act. 
 
All nurse pay scales and number of staff in those pay scales in accordance with the Official Information Act 
1982. This includes registered nurses, enrolled nurses and nursing assistants (or similar). 
 
Consultations  which  are  necessary  to  provide  a  response  to  the  request  cannot  reasonably  be  made  within  the 
original time limit.   
 
The Canterbury District Health Board therefore requires further time prior to issuing a response.  The period of the 
extension is until 27 June 2017, however we will endeavour to get the response to you before that date.  
 
We are permitted to make this extension under Section 15A of the Official Information Act 1982 and you have the 
right to complain to the Ombudsman about our decision to extend the time for responding.
