Dear Harriet
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
CAS-457507-T8Y3M4
Thank you for your request of 4th May relating to AT's implementation of the Auckland Councils City
Centre Masterplan.
I can confirm that there is no business case specifically relating to the delivery of the six listed projects
(the CCMP Transformational Moves being Council projects), although a previous LGOIMA request
has provided the draft Midtown East West Bus Improvement IBC, a transport project that needs
integration considerations with the proposed Victoria St linear park.  Similarly, there is no additional
material relating to Queen St beyond documents already provided for the LRT project.
Auckland Transport, along with the other Council CCOs, is currently involved in a review and
prioritisation process with Auckland Council relating to city centre projects, including those six listed.
This process will result in an updated programme of city centre projects for consideration by a cross
agency Project Control Group, ahead of presenting this proposal to elected members as part of
upcoming LTP planning.  This work is only in early stages and will be developed over coming
months.  Accordingly, whilst AT continuously monitors and assesses city centre travel patterns and
plans for future projects, AT has made no decisions on any transport improvements that may impact
the six listed projects, we therefore have no material that meets this LGOIMA request.
It is expected that there will be more public material available from Council on the CCMP projects in
coming months.
We trust the above information has addressed the matters raised however, should you believe that we
have not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3)
of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review
in regard to this matter.
If you have any further queries, please contact me on (09) 355 3553 during business hours, quoting
Local Government Official Information request number CAS-457507-T8Y3M4.
Yours sincerely
