OMBUDSMAN’S REVIEW  
In response to the Ombudsman’s review we will provide the information you have requested on a 
commercial basis1. We estimate that it will take approximately 4 hours to extract. In this instance, 
we will charge $720 + GST to extract and compile the relevant data.  Please let us know if you wish 
to proceed with this in light of our proposed charge. We will also need your email address and 
phone number, so that our Commercial team can contact you directly.  
If you do not want to meet the costs of the data, then we will refuse to disclose the information 
under section 18(d) of the OIA as the information is publically available2.  
Your Rights 
Please note that you are entitled to apply to the Ombudsman for a review of our decision pursuant 
to section 28(3) of the OIA.
