David Wilson has suggested I contact you regarding this site.

The applicant is proposing to change five floors of office to high density residential – equivalent to approximately 100 new 3 bedroom houses.

The WW model shows that the 150mm dia WW main in Taranaki Street is under capacity and cannot accommodate the proposed increase in WW flows.

Are you aware of any WW capital works programmes in the vicinity of this property that might resolve the capacity issues ?
