Hi Ryan

I’ve attached a floor plan FYI – I’ve miscounted somewhere along the line and it’s not quite as bad as 100 houses, based on ‘units’ there are 14 per floor x 4 floors + 8 on the fifth – 64 units in total – all with double beds so a worse case population of 216 – about 69 houses.



I didn’t give a house number to the modelling team, just gave them the number of beds / bathrooms and kitchen units and a lower estimate of 35 x 3 bedroom houses so the overall conclusion still stands, but I will update the consent notes.
