Good morning Ryan,

Peter Daly at WCC has given me your name as the best person to contact regarding the WW capacity of our proposed development at 79 Taranaki Street.

I just have a couple of questions:

- Is there any alternative connections other than into the Taranaki st main that may be feasible? Like the pipe connecting the ends of Ebor and Holland streets?

- I have reached out to an engineer to get an opinion/explore our options and what each actually entails, but it’s a bit beyond my depth. Do you have any insight as to how to best assess the situation, or consultants that would be best suited to this type of issue. The project has progressed to a point where the cost implications of changing the design vs. facing this issue are six in one, half a dozen in the other; but we’d like to gain the best possible understanding of our option sbefore making any decisions. Any words of advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated!

Kindest,

Josie Clare Mainwaring
