Information required:
1.
Please revise the plans to comply with the resource consent SR 356224 (public drainage
requirements) as follows;
2. A review of the Wellington Water Limited Wastewater Model has established that there
is insufficient capacity within the existing public WW network to accommodate the

approved unless mitigating works are undertaken to the approval of the Wellington
Water Land Development Team.
3. To facilitate the WW discharge the applicant will either need to:
Upsize the offsite WW network sufficient to accommodate the increase in WW flows –
the length of the upsize would need to be confirmed.
Store WW flows on site and pump out during off peak periods.
4. The site is identified as being in an area at risk of flooding and private WW laterals shall
be sealed to prevent ingress of flood waters.
5. Where the existing lateral wastewater discharges are no longer in use these shall be
abandoned in accordance with the Regional Standard for Water Services, to the
approval of the Wellington Water Land Development Team.
