Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 8 March 2017 requesting CCTV footage of an 
incident that occurred where a dark 4x4 had backed into your vehicle at Papakura Train Station on 2 
March 2017 between 6.40am and 7.20am. 
 
Unfortunately, Auckland Transport does not hold the footage requested. Your request is therefore 
refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the footage you are requesting does not exist. 
We trust the above information has addressed the matters raised however, should you believe that 
we have not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section 
27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation 
and review in regard to this matter.
