under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
Please can you provide details of the formula used, and how the number of days
Weekly Compensation Cover logged against an employer is used to calculate
the Levy Year Experience Rating Modification in subsequent years.
The information you have requested is publically available. Experience rating
formulas and other information concerning experience rating is contained in the
Accident Compensation (Experience Rating) Regulations 2016 (the 2016
Regulations). Legislative instruments are able to be accessed via
