OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

I  refer  to  your  email  of  17  February  2017  requesting  under  the  Official 
Information  Act  1982  a  copy  of  the  request  for  a  copy  of  the  full  decision 
documentation  in  relation  to  Stephen  Diggle,  VALIC  NZ  limited  &  Diggle 
Holdings  Limited's  acquisition  of  22.5910ha  at  Simons  Rd,  Maungatapere, 
Whangarei & 159,8721ha at Far North Rd, SH1, Northland.

In  processing  your  request  we  have  found  it  necessary  to  consult  with  the 
parties who supplied or who is the subject of the information.

As a result of these consultations we have received a request under the Official 
Information Act 1982 for: 
(a)  A copy of the Official Information Act request; and 
(b)  The identity of the person making the request.

We  are  the  view  that  a  copy  of  your  email  of  17  February  2017  should  be 
released in full. If you are of a contrary view please write to me by midday on 
Friday  24  February  2017  detailing  the  information  that  should  be  withheld 
and  setting  out  the  provisions  of  the  Official  Information  Act  under  which  the 
information should be withheld and the specific reasons for such withholding.
