Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport (AT) on 23 January 2017 requesting information in relation to the 
cleanfill  consent  for  Twilight  Road,  Brookby.  In  particular,  copies  of  correspondence  between  AT,  Auckland 
Council  (AC)  or  other  parties  in  respect  to  compliance  with  the  upgrading of  Twilight  Road,  any  reports  that 
approve a standard that is in variance of the plans and specifications issued as part of the Environment Court 
decision; and the AT department and Team Leader dealing with the approval and processing of this job. 
Firstly, we wish to advise that AT have been made aware of the issue with the width of the road and are 
working closely with AC to ensure the upgrade is to AT’s satisfaction, noting the Environment Court decision of 
7 metres minimum width. It should be noted that AC undertake the final approval decision following advice 
provided by AT. 
We are able to provide you with the following information: 
 Copies of emails between the Development Consents team at AT and the Development Engineering team
at AC in respect to compliance with upgrading Twilight Road to the standards and referenced plans of the
Environment Court Decision,
 A copy of the Engineering Plan Approval (EPA), and
 The AT department and Team Manager who is dealing with the approval and processing of this job; AT
