“Are our Regions included in total tax and spending data? if so may I please have 
a breakdown of the region by region taxation vs spending.  
 
An example might be that "Cantabrians per capita are taxed 20c on the dollar but 
they receive 20c on the dollar through spending".” 
 
Your request was received by the Treasury on 6 December 2016 and will be dealt with 
in accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act.
