scope of works for the above noted property. Your request has been considered under the Official

The  information you have requested is held on an EQC claim file  which you are  not  an authorised 
claim contact on. Therefore the withholding of this information is necessary to protect the privacy of 
the claimant(s) as per section 18(a) by virtue of section 9(2)(a) of the OIA. 
 
In order to provide you with the requested information EQC requires proof of ownership, such as a 
Certificate  of  Title  or  Deed  of  Assignment,  or  for  the  current  main  claim  contact  to  authorise  you 
access to the claim.
