No spray register, properties removed 
 
I refer to your email, which we received on 28 July 2016, requesting the total number of 
properties removed from the Auckland Council No Spray Register between 1 August 2013 to 
1 July 2016. 
 
Council does not hold records for the past six years and information is not specified by 
month.  Each addition to the register overwrites previous versions of the register, thus 
records for previous years do not exist. Therefore your request has been refused under 
Section 17 (e) the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist.  
 
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you 
have the right by way of complaint, under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA, to apply to the 
Ombudsmen to seek an investigation and review of the decision.
