You had requested that this information be broken down by date removed, region and the reason for removal. The number of properties removed from the No Spray Register from 1 August 2013 is as follows: Region Total Properties Removed from the No Spray Register West 218 North 188 South 10 Central 360 Please note that we do not currently hold specific dates of when properties are added to or removed from the No Spray Register, nor the reason for the removal. Auckland Transport therefore refuses your request under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the information requested does not exist. Your request nevertheless has highlighted an interest in recording this information and we're currently reviewing our processes to ensure that more detailed records are kept on the No Spray Register in future.
